Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe
Fresh blueberry flavour using just three ingredients. This easy ice cream recipe uses a fresh fruit puree, so making a new flavour is as easy as changing the puree.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 1 cup homogenized milk
- 2 cup blueberry puree
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions. Remove and freeze 2 to 4 hours.
- Garnish with blueberries and mint and serve.
