Ingredients:
- 625 grams Flour
- 215 grams Cane Sugar
- 6.6 grams Baking powder
- 4 grams Baking Soda
- 4 grams salt
- 57 grams Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1 Whole Egg
- 59 grams Water
- 245 grams Plain Yogurt
- 8 grams Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Blend all dry ingredients in bowl
- Add butter, yogurt, water and egg into dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
- Prepare a plate (or other flat surface) with 10g of Everything Bagel Seasoning and dip the top of the formed scone ball into the seasoning
- Portion into 12 individual scones and roll into balls and place on parchment lined baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
