Herb de Provence Vinaigrette à la David
The herbaceous flavour and aroma of wild herbs from the South of France are what makes David's Herb de Provence blend unique. Whisk it into this easy vinaigrette and toss with your favourite greens, beans, pasta, or grain salad.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- 1-1/2 tsp acacia honey
- 1 cup David's organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp David’s Herb de Provence
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Turn it on to medium speed and slowly add the oil through the filler cap.
- When the vinaigrette is thick and creamy, add the herb de Provence.
- Toss with green, pasta, or grain salads. Refrigerate for up to a week.
