Raspberry Sorbet Recipe
Making perfectly smooth and delicious sorbet is easy with frozen fruit puree made with ripe raspberries. Substitute any frozen fruit puree in this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 120 g organic cane sugar
- 50 ml water
- 3 g sorbet stabilizer
- 1 kg frozen raspberry puree
Instructions:
- In a heavy saucepan combine the sugar, water, and sorbet stabilizer and bring to a boil. Let cool.
- Whisk in the raspberry puree.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
- Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
