Smoothie Bowl
There is no better way to start the day than with this vegan bowl packed with protein and nutrients from seeds, fruits, and vegetables.

Ingredients:
Hemp Milk
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 2 cups water
Smoothie Bowl
- 3/4 cup hemp milk
- 1 cup sour cherries in syrup
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp Maca powder
- 1/4 tsp Acai powder
- 1/2 tsp Kale powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- pinch salt
Toppings
- Chia seeds
- Shredded coconut (toasted)
- Hemp seeds (toasted)
- Freeze-dried blueberries
Instructions:
Hemp Milk
- Combine the hemp seeds and water in a blender and blend on high until milky. Strain through cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator.
Smoothie Bowl
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Pour into bowls, decoratively garnish with the toppings and serve.
