Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Vegan Meringue Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 kg Icing Sugar
- 2/3 cup Water
Instructions:
- Using a hand mixer, combine the meringue powder and water. Mix on medium until slightly frothy.
- Add Vanilla extract and Icing sugar. Mix until corporated.
- Mix on high for about 3 minutes or until white fluffy royal icing is achieved. Optional: add more water to create traditional Royal Icing.
