A dried chilli that adds a whole lot of heat to rubs, marinades, and stews. Whole Habanero Chili is a small pod-like chilli from South America with a unique subtle tropical fruit flavour. It is one of the hottest chillies next to Scotch bonnet. It is excellent ground for use in dry rubs on wings or pork shoulder, or rehydrated in water and used in barbecue sauce, mango or tomato salsa, homemade hot sauce, and in chilli con carne.
