Dry White Coco Beans also known as Navy Beans or just plain White Beans, are small, oval-shaped legumes with a smooth, white exterior. These beans have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and a smooth, creamy texture when cooked. Overall, they are incredibly adaptable, adding protein, texture, and flavor to both savory and sweet dishes. Use it for soups, dips, puree, side dishes and breakfast.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak beans for 1 - 1.5 hours. Rinse and drain the beans in cold water. In a pot, transfer the beans and cover with water, about 2 inches above. Bring to a boil on high heat and cover. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 30-40 minutes or until the beans are soft and tender. Drain excess water. Optional: Pre-soak beans overnight.
