Instructions for usage;
Add 1 tbsp (3.5 ) g cream stabilizer to 300 mL cold whipping cream (35%).
Mix cream and stabilizer gently with a whisk for 1 minute to hydrate the powder in the cream.
Now whip cream on medium speed until it forms stiff peaks.
