Combine 4 large cloves of minced garlic with ¼ cup lemon juice. Let rest for 10 minutes. Pour and press through a sieve, discard the garlic. Add ½ cup tahini paste, ½ teaspoon sea salt, pinch of cumin, and whisk until blended. Add 2 tablespoons of water at a time until your desired consistency!
