Les lentilles du Puy sont minuscules et de couleur vert bleuté foncé. Elles sont appréciées pour leur petite taille et leur faible teneur en amidon, ce qui leur confère une texture ferme à la cuisson. Elles ne nécessitent pas de trempage préalable, cuisent en 20 à 25 minutes et ont une saveur de noix et de terre avec des notes d'épices. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse 1 cup of lentils. In a pot, add the lentils and 2 1/2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender. Approximately 20 - 25 minutes. Drain before use.
