Prête à l'emploi, cette pâte de noisettes grillées foncée peut être ajoutée aux crèmes glacées, ou aromatiser chocolats, bonbons, biscuits et macarons. Elle est essentielle dans la Dacquoise, gâteau français à base de meringue, et est utilisée pour préparer les garnitures et glaçages pour Tortes. Elle est aussi délicieuse sur des rôties en alternative au beurre d'arachides.
