Ce Vinaigre de Xérès Columela exceptionnel a été vieilli plus de 30 ans dans des fûts de Chêne Américain, et préparé selon la méthode Solera, pour en conserver l'uniformité de lot en lot. D'une magnifique couleur ocre doré, il est fait des mêmes raisins Palomino utilisés dans les Xérès espagnols les plus fins. Utilisez-le pour ajouter des notes boisées et de noix aux vinaigrettes, soupes, bisques et plus.
