Salmon, Artic Char, Trout, Tilapia, Pickerel or Snapper (Whole fish, fillet or steak)

Ingredients:
- Fish
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp David’s Dynamite Caesar Paste
- David’s Special Spice Rub
- Lemon
Instructions:
- If cooking on barbeque, place fish on tin foil. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the fish. Spread a tablespoon of David’s Dynamite Caesar Paste on the fish. Sprinkle David’s Special Spice Rub over entire fish, for a crust like texture. Squeeze fresh lemon juice, and repeat after cooked. Cook in oven @ 350 degrees, or barbeque on medium heat.
