Ingredients:
- 625 grams Flour
- 215 grams Cane Sugar
- 6.6 grams Baking Powder
- 4 grams Baking Soda
- 4 grams Salt
- 57 grams Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1 Whole Egg
- 245 grams Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 8 Crackers Graham Cookies
- 5 grams Smore Extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Blend flour, sane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Add butter, yogurt, water and egg into dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
- Add Smore extract, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crumbled graham cookies
- Portion into 12 individual scones and roll into balls and place on parchment lined baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown
