Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Davids Green Smoothie
- 2 tsp Lemon & Dill Dip Mix
- 2 tbsp Tarragon
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Cucumber (large)
- 1 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 small Shallot (chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a food processor or a handheld blender, combined, cucumber, yogurt, lemon & dill dip mix, green smoothie mix, shallow, garlic, parsley, tarragon and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
